Our avero assembly workplaces can be designed as single workstations, as well as integrated into production lines. The workpiece carrier is carried from station to station via roller conveyors. From the picking of the components through to the inspecting of the workpiece, we ensure a consistent, high-quality product. Parts trolleys and FIFO shelves secure continuous feeding and guarantee fast material supplies on the line. Together with our cooperation partner Armbruster Engineering, you can integrate an individually designed operator guidance system and connect the necessary tools and machines to it. For example, information and task instructions are provided via data glasses and employees can choose to use pick-by-light or a pick-by-voice headset. Your staff acknowledge the completed work stages through his or her voice input. The system in turn gives an acoustic feedback when parts are removed.
